3. Ownership of Content & Output

Uploaded files
Generated transcripts, translations, captions, summaries, and outputs
MatrixScribe claims no ownership over your content or output.

Our Rights
MatrixScribe does not reuse, sell, train, or distribute your content.
Content is processed only to provide the requested service.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy (Important)
Automatic Deletion
All uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically deleted within 48 hours of processing completion.
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
No Recovery Guarantee
MatrixScribe cannot retrieve, restore, or resend deleted files or outputs.
Users are responsible for saving their results upon delivery.
By using the service, you acknowledge and accept this deletion policy.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
MatrixScribe respects your privacy and will NOT:
sell user data
share files with third parties for marketing or training
store content beyond the stated retention period

Files are processed through secure, encrypted channels using reputable third-party AI providers strictly for service delivery.

6. Email Delivery Disclaimer
Results are delivered via email to the address provided by the user.

MatrixScribe is not responsible for:
Incorrect email addresses entered by the user
Emails marked as spam
Delays caused by email providers
Once results are sent, responsibility transfers to the user.

7. Accuracy & AI Limitations
MatrixScribe uses automated AI systems.

While we aim for high accuracy:
Outputs may contain errors
Accents, audio quality, background noise, and language complexity affect results

MatrixScribe does not guarantee:
100% accuracy
Legal, medical, or professional compliance

10. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed prior to service execution.

Due to the automated nature of the service:
Completed jobs are non-refundable
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service fails entirely
No output is delivered and the matter was not resolved 
Pricing is subject to change without notice.

11. Service Availability
MatrixScribe does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Modify or discontinue features
Temporarily suspend access
Without liability to users.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use MatrixScribe for:
Illegal surveillance
Non-consensual recordings
Harassment, fraud, or abuse
Uploading malware or malicious content
Violation may result in immediate service denial.

13. Limitation of Liability

MatrixScribe’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service used.
